Account deletion
Deletion process pending confirmation. This page explains what to consider before requesting deletion. It does not submit a request or delete your account. ACG’s approved request channel, identity checks and processing timeframe have not yet been published.
Account deletion and your information
Account deletion is different from signing out or uninstalling the app. Removing the app from your phone does not, by itself, remove an account or the records associated with it.
A deletion request should distinguish between closing account access and deleting associated personal information. ACG’s final process will need to explain both, including any records that cannot be deleted immediately.
Preparing a request
Once the approved request channel is available, identify the account you want deleted and state whether you are requesting account closure, deletion of personal information, or both. Relevant booking numbers may help identify unresolved trips or payments.
Do not include your password, sign-in codes, full payment card details or identity documents in an unsolicited message. Any identity verification requirements must be confirmed through ACG’s approved process.
Upcoming trips and company accounts
Do not assume an account deletion request cancels an upcoming booking, issues a refund or settles an outstanding invoice. Those matters need to be handled separately under the applicable booking conditions.
If your account is linked to a company, personal account closure and company booking or billing records may require separate handling. Corporate administrators should clarify any active employee bookings before requesting closure.
Data covered by the final process
The approved process needs to explain the treatment of profile details, saved places and routes, notification preferences, location records, support requests, ratings and saved payment references.
Booking, invoice, payment, dispute and security records may be subject to legal or operational retention requirements. ACG has not yet published the applicable retention periods, deletion exceptions or backup handling; this page does not promise immediate or complete erasure.
Confirmation and assistance
ACG still needs to confirm where requests are sent, how ownership is verified, how completion is communicated and how to raise concerns about a request. Until those details are approved, online account deletion is not available here.
